On the 13th of June 2013, I was invited by artist André Avelas to reproduce in a very DIY manner the surprising yet traditional workers cooking of meat in asphalte called "gigot-bitume".
This experiment took place in W139 within the project "On fresh soil", using the old asphalt floor of the project space as a cooking medium.
